Most people start with the Green Labourer card: pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) test and a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, or a CSCS-accepted course such as the CITB Health and Safety Awareness course or NPORS Site Safety Awareness.
